IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are punching in and out correctly. If you forget to create a punch, you must fill out a "Time Adjustment Form."
     

  • Absence requests must be submitted for absences (other than sick leave) at least two weeks prior to your absence.
     

  • If you miss 3 or more days due to illness, regardless if consecutive, HR may ask you for a doctor's note, releasing you to return to work and highlighting work restrictions, if any.
     

  • "Time Adjustment" and Call Out" forms must be submitted no later than the Monday after you called out/realized there was an error in your punches. Payroll is processed bi-weekly on Tuesdays and HR must have supporting documentation.
