Payroll & Hours of Work

It is an employee's responsibility to ensure they are punching in and out correctly. If an employee forgets to create a punch, they must fill out a time adjustment form.

Absence requests must be submitted for absences (other than sick leave) at least two weeks prior to your absence. If you miss 3 or more days due to illness, regardless if consecutive, submission of a doctor's note may be required.

Time Adjustment Forms and Call Out Forms must be submitted no later than the Monday after you called out/realized there was an error in your punches. Payroll is processed bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
